All money raised from the Haunted Hingham historical walking tours will go directly to The Company Theatre.
HINGHAM — The ghosts of Hingham’s past are coming to life among the tombstones of the Hingham Cemetery, on the steps of the New North Church, and along North St., as volunteers from The Company Theatre and the Hingham Historical Society guide visitors on a walk through history.
With no shows to produce or classes to teach due to the pandemic, members of The Company Theatre in Norwell came up with the idea of “Haunted Hingham,” to elevate the outdoor historical walking tours offered by the Hingham Historical Society and collaborate with the Hingham Cemetery to raise money for the nonprofit theater during this difficult time for the arts.
