ADRIAN — An Adrian man faces murder and weapons charges from the fatal stabbing of an Adrian Township man Wednesday at the Meijer store in Adrian.
Alarick John Guajardo, 29, is to be arraigned Friday in Lenawee County District Court on one count each of open murder, carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent, according to an Adrian Police Department news release issued Thursday.
Guajardo is accused of killing 85-year-old Glen Harold Meyers and carrying a concealed knife, according to the arrest warrant issued by the the Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office.
