Japanese question to be debated
The university debating season will begin next Wednesday evening when two teams of upper classmen will oppose each other on the proposed Alien Land Law, which is now before the voters of California. The debate will be held at the First Baptist Church. Admission is free to the public as the boys are giving the exhibition debate so that people may have an opportunity to hear both sides of the Japanese land situation before the election. It is expected that a large crowd will be out to hear them, as there is a great deal of interest in this question.
